⚖️ Terms and Conditions for HubBoard

Welcome to HubBoard! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HubBoard application and website located at hubboard.io (collectively, the "Service"), operated by HubBoard IO ("we," "us," or "our").

By installing, accessing, or using HubBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

 

1. Description of Service

HubBoard is a productivity tool that integrates with the HubSpot CRM platform. It provides a visual Kanban board interface for managing HubSpot tasks, deals, and other objects.

  • Dependency: You understand that HubBoard requires an active HubSpot account to function.

  • Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

A. Account Creation

To use HubBoard, you must authenticate via your HubSpot account. You represent that you have the necessary permissions within your HubSpot portal to install third-party applications.

B. Subscription Tiers

We offer the following plans:

  1. Starter (Free): Limited to 1 user per portal.

  2. Growth: Paid monthly flat fee. Includes up to 20 users.

  3. Scale: Paid monthly flat fee. Includes up to 50 users.

  4. Unlimited: Paid monthly flat fee. Unlimited users.

C. Free Trial

Paid plans may start with a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the selected tier.

D. Billing and Payments

  • Payment Processor: We use Stripe to process payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

  • Sell, resell, or license the Service to any third party without our express written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data from your HubSpot portal), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HubBoard IO and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks (including the "HubBoard" name and logo) may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of HubBoard IO.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HubBoard IO, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

 

6. HubSpot Data

HubBoard acts as an interface for your HubSpot data. You retain all rights and ownership of your data stored in HubSpot. We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption within your HubSpot portal, although we take reasonable precautions to ensure safe API interactions.

 

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HubBoard IO is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
